Returns and refund policy
All Goods purchased in the UNITED KINGDOM (UK) from the Ashburn Gallery are subject to the Gallery Returns and Refund policy.
Goods purchased from outside the UK do not fall under this Returns and Refunds policy, no refunds or returns will be offered or accepted from outside the UK unless goods are deemed faulty or ‘not fit for purpose’
Goods purchased in the UK will fall under the following Policy definitions:
(a) Goods purchased from The Ashburn Gallery will be subject to a 14 Day Return and Refund option. To qualify the following requirements must be met:
- Notification of intended return must be made to the Gallery in writing by email to email@example.com
- Goods must be shipped for the purposes of return at the purchasers’ expense, any damage whatsoever incurred during return transit will be chargeable in full, transit insurance will be a requirement at the purchaser’s expense.
- Goods returned after the 14-day acceptance period will not be accepted by the Gallery unless by prior arrangement.
- Faulty or damaged goods in outward transit – will remain the responsibility of the Gallery if shipping was provided, please contact the Gallery on 01752 853294 of email firstname.lastname@example.org if you incur any issues on outward transit or delivery.
